FLEREZ / SITE INFORMATION
A journal for more people
Updated October 26, 2026
Reading and navigation
Flerez uses semantic headings, labeled controls, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, and descriptive text alternatives. The layout adapts to narrower screens and browser zoom. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
Using the site with a keyboard
Tab moves between links and buttons. Enter activates a focused control. Escape closes the search dialog or explore menu. The search button is available on every page; pressing / also opens search when you are not typing in another field.
Saved stories
Bookmark buttons show whether a story is saved. Updates appear in a status message. If browser storage is unavailable, the site explains that it cannot keep the reading list. Article text remains available without using saved stories.
